Privacy Statement We collect information (names, gender, age and email addresses) to • provide Peterman Ratings to you • correctly identify players who enter events • email event results to players • determine age-related eligibility for events (juniors or veterans for example) • respond to your requests, inquiries, comments or concerns • comply with our legal obligations Player’s email addresses and DOB's will never be available to unregistered users of the site. Contest Managers will be able to see the email addresses and DOB's only of those from their club. Administrators and the Site Owner will be able to see all email addresses. The Site Owner will not divulge email addresses to third parties. No-one (Event Directors, Administrators or Site Owner) can see passwords. All new users with login credentials must use a valid e-mail address to ensure they are legitimate users. Financial details of those who take out subscriptions to the site will be confidential.
